Appearance[]
Little Miss
He wears 3D glasses and a baseball jersey-like shirt.
Like the other effects in Little Miss, he wears a black cap sideways, with the respective icon.
The icon looks like a diamond and two lines going down, and passing through the form.
Christmas Variant
He has the same attire as Little Miss except with a Santa hat.
The V2 effects Christmas hat have it's tip facing HIS left side and the symbol is at the left side of the hat.
Sound[]
He makes some crescent high pitched sounds with a long echo.
It sounds like "toododo, toododo, toododo, toooododododo....."

- You can hear the sound of a moving object at the end of the sound. It's so repetitive and constant that this mysterious sound became one of his main characteristics.
- He, Tuilopta and Isit are the only 3 Polos who wear glasses in Little Miss.
- Tululou is used to unlock the first and third bonuses, Satisfied and Why This World.
- He is the nineth character of Little Miss.
