Tuilopta is the third effect from V2: Little Miss.
Appearance[]
Little Miss
Tuilopta wears an open vest with 3 buttons on the left side, with a black shirt under it. He wears black shades.
Like the other effects in Little Miss, he wears a black cap sideways, with the respective symbol (and icon).
The symbol looks like a bold "V" with two lines on the lower part of the form.
Christmas Variant
He has the same attire as Little Miss except with a Santa hat. The V2 effects Christmas hat have it's tip facing HIS left side, and the symbol is at the left side too.
Sound[]
He sings on a deep bassy voice: "Tuilopta-dee-dop-DOW, dee-dee-do-dee." On the second loop, the "dee-dee-do-dee" is not included and the "DOW" is deeper.

Trivia[]
- Tuilopta is used to unlock the third bonus, Why This World, in which he sings along to the lyrics.
- This is not the case with the flash version.
- He is the eighth character of Little Miss.
- He, Tululou and Isit are the only characters in Little Miss who wear glasses.
- Tuilopta's face (minus his hat) is used for the Imprint Face and Imprint Half-Face designs on the Incredibox merch store.
- His name means Tulip.
