He wears a blue flat hat in the head. He has a red circle bindi on his forehead. His clothing consists of a dark blue blouse, with large light blue collar, and a red scarf circling the neck.

- Sifle is used to unlock the second bonus, Sapna. But he's not heard on any of the bonuses.
- His icon is his flat hat.
- Unlike the Siffles of the versions Little Miss and Sunrise, his "Siffle" has just one F, which is possibly a misspelling.
- Siffle means "whistle" in French, fitting the sound he makes.
- He shares a similarity to 19th Century British-Indian soldiers.
