Siffle is the third melody from V2: Little Miss.

Little Miss
He wears a black bandana and a white shirt with black rolled-up sleeves.
Like the other melodies in Little Miss, he wears a perfectly fit black fedora, with the respective icon.
The icon looks like a two-pointed thin form, and there's two circles on the upper left and lower right diagonals.
Christmas Variant
He has the same attire as Little Miss except with a Santa hat.
The V2 melodies Christmas hat have it's tip facing upwards to HIS right.

He gently whistles in the tune of the last bonus.

Trivia[]
- Siffle is used to unlock the second bonus, Little Miss.
- He also sings this bonus, but has a red bandana, black shirt, no hat, and Tuilopta's sunglasses. Near the end of the bonus, he is shown wearing the beat's hat.
- When Siffle's mouth is closed when he's playing, it's flipped to the right. It's unknown if it's a bug and it only happens on V2.
- The is the thirteenth character of Little Miss.
- Siffle means "whistle" in French.
