Poulll is the first effect from V2: Little Miss.
Appearance[]
Little Miss
He wears multiple chains around his neck, with at least one of them hanging a triangle. He has a black wristband on his left arm.
Like the other effects in Little Miss, he wears a sideways black cap, with the respective icon.
The symbol is something like a square with a rectangle above it. The square has a pike underneath it, and two lines on the side of the pike, facing the lower diagonals.
Christmas Variant
He wears the same attire as Little Miss except with a Santa hat.
The V2 effects Christmas hat have it's tip on HIS left, and the symbol is at the left side too.
Sound[]
He makes deep "Doo-ro-doo" sounds. This acts like a bassline that changes the tune two times on the second loop.
