Oua is the fifth effect from V4: The Love
Appearance[]
He wears a beanie with glasses and a beard. On his body he wears a V collar shirt, he has heart and triangle tattoos and a watch on his left arm.
Ditto but Axe Boat, he looks the same, except that the triangle tattoo is colored blue instead of red, and has less saturated colors overall.
Sound[]
He shouts a big reverbed "Oua!" immensely (sung by two voice), followed by a ..huda-huda. every mid-loop

- He is the first Polo to have facial hair.
