He appears to be a tribe chief, whith Indigo colored paint on his face. Along with some kind of feathery headband. He also wears a maroon robe that only goes up until the bottom of his upper body and a red scarf.

He sings on loud voices: "oooooooh, oooooOOOOO, ooooooo, uoooOOOoo, uooOOOOOOOOh."
