Monk is the second effect from V8: Dystopia.
Appearance[]
Monk wears a futuristic, shoulder-exposing suit with striped sleeves and a small square glass barely showing his chest. It seems that he has his arms behind his back. His face is wearing an owl-like mask with trinocular visors with differently colored lenses. His nose and part of his mouth are covered with the "beaks" on said mask.
Sound[]
Monk makes reverberating distorted vox cut clips, while at the middle of loop 2 doing a deep echoed growl.

- He is the first triclops Polo.
- He shares a similar rhythm pattern with Foubreak.
- His growl sounded like a throat bass.
- Because of a possible bug, he uses his 13th expression when you put him away.
