He has sunglasses with a blue shine, dyed blue buzz cut hairstyle, and a gold nose ring and earring.
He wears a purple bandana over his neck, and also a baggy yellow, orange and red shirt.
He also has a pair of blue jeans or shorts pulled up high above his waist.

- He is the one of the few characters with visible bottomwear. Others include Charley from Sunrise, Bass from The Love, Djindr from Jeevan, and Follow from Dystopia.
- He is currently the human character with the shortest amount of hair in the entire app.
- He is one of the only official characters to have dyed hair, along with Kevin, MJ 182, Swingy, and Scooter.
- In the Bonus 2 Teaser, it was revealed (in a tag, #URFO) that Lil Blaze's first line is actually saying "U.R.F.O."
- This was confirmed to mean "Unidentified Rap Flying Object" thanks to the Bonus 2 lyrics.
- Lil Blaze's design could possibly be very loosely based on Canadian Reggae artist Snow.
- Lil Blaze is used to unlock the second bonus, URFO.
- Lil Blaze's sidechain syncs perfectly with Boo 9's kick sound. The same goes with Scooter.
