He wears a purple bandana over his neck, and also a baggy yellow, orange and red shirt.
He also has a pair of blue jeans or shorts pulled up high above his waist.

- He is the one of the characters that have been shown to wear bottoms. Others being Bass from The Love and Follow from Dystopia.
- He is currently the human character with the shortest amount of hair in the entire app.
- In the Bonus 2 Teaser, it was revealed (in a tag, #URFO) that Lil Blaze's first line is actually saying "U.R.F.O." This was confirmed to mean "Unidentified Rap Flying Object" thanks to the Bonus 2 lyrics.
- Lil Blaze’s design could possibly be very loosely based on Canadian Reggae artist Snow.
