He wears a red backwards cap and has a black star tattoo under his left eye.
He has long hair, with a dark purple fringe and fire-color hair.
He also uses a blue vest, and a blue-ish black t-shirt underneath.
Sound[]
Kevin makes a snappy clap-snare type sound, and pauses at the end of loop 2.

- His design and sound were shown in the V9 - Work in Progress Youtube video.
- Kevin and Boo 9 are used in the combo for every bonus in Wekiddy.
- The star under his left eye is also used in the design for Creuki from Brazil.
- The sound is similar to Snare from Sunrise.
- He is the first official character to have colored hair.
- He's also the first official character to have a basic/normal name that doesn't relate to his sound or any reference.
