- At first glance, the mod may seem like a pure horror, but the biographies and appearance of some characters hint that this mod is a joke.
- Most of the characters and overall atmosphere are mostly references to Tragibox(especially Orin Ayo), and "My Friend" is a reference to Demon as an effect from Yubin Niiku: The Postal Killer.
- Also, the mod's name appears to be a reference to Tragibox: Breakthrough.
