The Scatposters (Classic) is about a fan-made topic, which is not part of Incredibox's canonical history and/or universe, and is therefore not affiliated with So Far So Good. |

The Scatposters Classic Edition, formerly known as the Scatposters, and before that, "v4.20 - The Scatposters," is a Scratch mod as well as the first installment in the Scatposters series. It was released on May 1st, 2023. It was overhauled later on and rereleased as a legacy version alongside the newer definitive edition on August 11th, 2023.
This mod is considered as a joke and was purely made to make people laugh, meaning it was not meant to be taken seriously.
Instructions (or description)[]
The Hydration Man presents to you, one of the mods that were made. It features characters, that do in fact make sounds. This mod will make your skin soft, your chin chiseled, and your entire lower intestinal region quiver. You can tell, as the sounds are p e r f e c t l y cropped, the designs are c r i s p and definitely not pixelated or bitcrushed. This mod is responsible for the rise of civilization and can transcend your mind. Its cast of characters are of immaculate decision and coding. Our starring guests are of great iconicity and fame. The animations are synced without flaws. One of the greatest attributes of this dazzling creation is the new feature of Ogre-Soft.exe. Visit the settings menu and simply click to install. Trust me, this divine program is of perfection and culture. It changed my life, and it surely will change yours. NOTE: This is not based off of Trillybox, and was made in my own good time. However, me and InfinityChubs88 have established that the two mods take place within the same modular universe.
Overview[]
The original Scatposters is extremely chaotic and only describable as pure madness. None of the characters follow a consistent design or color scheme, instead being a hotpot of different famous pop-culture characters, original characters, and meme icons. The Scatposters does not have any quality control in terms of sound design. Most characters simply sing the theme of what they are from, or spout out random sound effects. Though, unlike other joke mods, the ability to form a somewhat coherent mix is still available, albeit in a slandered, chaotic, and a confusing mess of a form.
Ogre-Soft.exe[]
The mod itself doesnāt take place on a blank screen, but rather the Krusty Krab from SpongeBob. Going to options, the ability to change the background color, which is a normal feature for most Scratch mods, has been removed. Instead there is only the option to install or uninstall "Ogre-Soft.exe," which when activated, changes the screen to be covered in poorly cropped images of Shrek, with the background being a jpeg of a giant Shrek plastered over an old Windows wallpaper. This does absolutely nothing to effect gameplay, rather just being a cosmetic of sorts.

Trivia[]
- As revealed in several projects as well as being directly stated in the modās description, the Scatposters and Trillybox coincide with each other in lore, which is partly hidden throughout each installment in the universe.
- Unlike most versions of Incredibox, the cast in the Scatposters all have original identities with some even having personalities as shown in the Night with the Scatposters.
- Melody 5, when placed, instead of producing a musical tune, turns into a shaking, flashing, pulsing bass boosted abomination and begins to blast pure earrape noise. It continues to do so and the background begins changing colors until he is removed. (This is pointed out in the warning screen)
- Effect 5, Ares, has a unique feature in that when he is placed down or removed, the screen momentarily flashes and lightning can be heard. This was probably implemented to cover up the fact that the default polo that would usually disappear when replaced with a specific sound instead remains put specifically when using Ares.
- Michael from Vsauce (voice 2)'s voiceline is sampled from the iconic clip of him asking the viewer where their fingers are.
- The Dorito Lord (voice 1) sings Gangstas Paradise, Freddy Fazbear (melody 1) uses the FNaF 1 beatbox intro, Hiesenburg (melody 2) sings a sped up version of the Breaking Bad main theme, and Darth Vader (melody 4) plays the Imperial March Boss remix from Angry Birds Star-wars 1.
- According to the Hydration Man, he barely took any time whatsoever to make quality checks for the way the mod sounded, purposely so, in fact.
- The original Scatposters took about 2 months to make, since it was almost entirely developed during school hours on the provided Chromebooks.
