OTTO is a mod by Charlie, Novnar, LexLim, and PFG. It is based off of the first bonus of Dystopia, Riviera, and old concepts of polo designs for Dystopia.

A video posted by LexLim on May 2025 showed 5 polos and a bonus.
In June, another video was published featuring 4 other polos.
The mod was released on 26 July 2025 accompanied by a release video.

- Some designs of the polos were from a Two Faces animation made by Novnar, before being reused for this mod.
- OTTO (the name of mod and Voice 1) means Eight in Italian, since it is based on the 8th version of the original Incredibox.
- OTTO has a loop time of 6,857 and is in C# minor at 140 bpm.
