Eufrasio Touper is the 4th Voice in Gilded.
Appearance[]
He has black hair, along with a short beard. His brown hat has a shiny black brim, and a row of golden cogwheels along the base. A tiny clock with an orange serpent-shaped frame is attached to the center, four yellow feathers behind it, two on each side. He wears round glasses with an orange rim.
His brown uniform has a black collar with gold design, a row of orange buttons and gray bands running vertically along the sides of his sleeves. The grey shoulder pads have yellow cogwheels on top of each, along with orange buttons. His two badges have gray ribbons, the top edge colored orange. The right badge is a golden cogwheel, and the left is a tiny clock. Between the sleeves and the black arm warmers is a single golden button on each arm, and the waistband of the pants are orange.
Sound[]
The sound has two male voices singing, the raspy one being the main singer, with a more high-pitched one in the background.

Mr. Touper is the commander of the 3 teams of Wastelanders and typically tells them when to go it and out of the wastelands.
He's a scary person at times but I don't really blame him.
Considering his wife went through a tragic accident recently.
