Gearbox is an incredibox mod series by AKALuke04 on his attempt of a redemption arc after the hot garbage Corruptbox was. While currently having 5 planned installations, there has only been one released so far.
Lore[]
Gearbox's lore all takes place in one day, which is May 11 2027. It is about a corrupt company called Wrench Corp. which disguises itself as a regular mechanical industrial shop. However on the inside, the main antagonist, Deryl Pomson, Wrench Corp's CEO, has been enslaving and trapping the workers in the building, making them literally live inside the headquarters without pay. Any worker that's disobedient or tries to escape in Wrench Corp gets either shot or put into a contraption of any kind which kills them in a slow painful way.
The main protagonist, Boris Kevinson, goes on a journey to fight off Deryl and the mods he made in the headquarters after recieving an unfair eviction notice from his home just because Wrench Corp wants that spot for extra storage. Boris goes through multiple situations surrounded by armed guard bots.
