He is from the animated web series It's Time for The, created by derpadon. It's Time for The is an object show, a subgenre of web series that typically feature anthropomorphized objects that compete for a prize. The first and most famous object show is Battle for Dream Island.
Unlock[]
Click on any colored polka dot floating in the background at least once. Once you do, Words With Friends Tile's signature voice line, "oh yahh!1!1!" will play, and then he is unlocked. He is easy to unlock.
Sound[]
His sound consists of a magnificent melody while he is dancing the "Orange Justice" dance. His letter on his body also changed into a "D", which means "dance".
