Breath is the 3rd Effect in Believe. His real name is Horley.
Appearance[]
Breath wears an expensive diving suit, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures and pressure. He has glasses on only when he’s out of the water. He seems to be inspired by Daft2.
Sound[]
His sound is a fast breathing sound.
