Balls is a joke mod made by PersonFromBrazil. It was made as a joke but later became a public mod with the help of Rem.

On July 26, 2023, the mod was initially released with 7 sounds.
On July 28, 2023, PersonFromBrazil released a single for the mod.
On August 20, 2024, the mod got a large update, adding 9 new sounds from the single and remaking the bonus.

- All characters have "balls" in their filename, either at the beginning or end of the name.
- Artemiy noted that the mod has inspiration from the joke song "Fortnite Balls" by Kanye East. This is most notable in the bonus where Balls himself says the words "Fortnite balls" while also holding up a $19 Fortnite card also mentioned in the song.
- Rem confirmed that there are no actual female characters in the mod, therefore Sirenballs and Canyoufeelballs are simply crossdressing, similar to Jeevan.
- Mikemanik, the the artist behind Fortnite Ballz, played this mod in Rem's Discord server.[1]
