Extras are an extra category of polos found only in mods. Extras are typically found in Scratch Mods as most mainstream mods stick to the respective 20 polos.
Usually, Extras are either joke sounds, or have a sound that does not fit into any of the usual 4 categories. However, not all Extras follow this rule.

- The Love is technically the very first Incredibox version to have extras, as it contains Del from Axe Boat in the files, albeit unusable in-game.
- The first mod to have Extras is believed to be Time.
- Mustard has its own version of Extras called "All Stars."
- A lot of Scratch mods use Locke as an Extra.
