Cougou is the second voice in V2: Little Miss.
Appearance[]
Little Miss[]
He wears a black fancy suit with a white inner section. He has a black tie.
Like the other voices in Little Miss, he wears a slightly tilted black fedora, with the respective icon.
The icon looks like two diagonal palallel lines, and two rhombuses on the diagonals' sides.
Christmas variant[]
He has the same attire as Little Miss except with a Santa hat.
The V2 chorus Christmas hat has its tip facing his front, and to the right from Cougou's point of view.
Sound[]
He makes a repeating "cougou" sound sung by three people. The tune changes for four times on the beginning of the second loop.

- At the end of the second loop, there's a breathing sound, it's unknown by whom.
- Cougou isn't used to unlock any bonus.
