In a Steam Store preview video, it's shown that he's the 3rd sound in the 3rd bonus combo.
He sounds similar to Tucati
The name "Blue GT" might be a reference to the Volkswagen Polo, Blue GT model. As such, it could be referring to Incredible Polo.
Blue GT is used in the combo for the third bonus, BDB.
