Alive is the sixth version of Incredibox available both on iOS and Android. This version is mainly based on Japanese culture, with hints of the hip-hop and trap genres. It was released on March 6, 2018[1].
Official Description[]
With V6 “ALIVE”, explore today’s hottest soundscapes. Discover a futuristic, trippy world where the geek, hip-hop, and Nippon cultures collide to a groove laid down by your very own crew of eclectic, robot-like beatboxers. Blow up the bass and kick out the good vibes!
Overview[]
Alive is perhaps one of the most beloved versions of Incredibox among fans, after “Dystopia”. The dark, mysterious, futuristic sound paired with a cold, Japanese design is very fond to the fans of the game, becoming its hallmark. This version was the most successful among all versions at that time. “Alive” has unusual bonuses, telling about the life of people living in the city of the future. The first told the player about the existential, depressive mood, and the upcoming big catastrophe caused by a large meteorite falling on the city. The second features a big party in the club, and rappers who want to become famous. And the last bonus tells us about the high technologies of VR, and seems to instruct about something.
